Resume Handler for Clark Realty

Flood with Resumes? Clark Realty was. Now, with our Resume Handler, Clark’s HR staff can quickly categorize and organize resumes. The system includes a web entry form for job seekers and Outlook-based management tickets. Once the web form is filled in, the data is used to create a new “Resume Manager” ticket in Outlook. (The resumes can also come in by email, fax, or even regular mail and then be added to the system.)

 Managers can do a quick sort to find qualifying candidates. Managers and interviewers add notes as the candidate progresses through the evaluation process. The actual resume is attached to the ticket for easy access through the entire process.
