NEE needed a way to quickly and easily schedule maintenance for its oil delivery trucks. Crow Canyon developed a system that automatically generates Work Orders based on the delivery truck life-cycle and mileage count.

At certain pre-determined points in the truck’s usage – both by calendar dates and by amount of kilometers traveled – our system creates a Work Order ticket so that the fleet maintenance staff knows which trucks to work on. With our ticket system in place, the staff knows at a glance the history of all work done on the trucks.

This has reduced maintenance costs and provided longer life to the fleet of trucks, while keeping the staff’s workload focused and organized.
